City of Bamberg: eloprop developed concepts for operation and technical equipment for cultural use of the listed riding hall

As part of the development of the district on the site of the former Lagarde-Kaserne, eloprop GmbH has already developed possible usage scenarios for existing buildings in 2017 and 2018 with various players from Bamberg. Following a design competition for the future district square, in which Eloprop CEO Thomas Kästle was an advisory jury member, the city of Bamberg has decided to use the listed riding hall as a district center with an event room and restaurant in the future.

eloprop GmbH was then again entrusted in 2023 with specifying the preferred uses and design of the future operation as well as the personnel structure, technical equipment, etc. required for this.
