eloprop GmbH is a full-service agency for the development, operation and positioning of modern locations and properties.
At the interface of business, urban development, urban planning, architecture, politics, public administration, innovation and environmental issues we have been working since 2011 with stakeholders from various industries and sectors to develop tailor-made concepts for the conversion or repurposing of existing buildings, as well as for the development of new buildings, facilities, or districts.

eloprop GmbH was founded in 2011 based on diverse experience in the development of complex buildings and facilities in the higher education sector, in the cultural sector, in the revitalization of industrial wasteland and commercial space as well as participation in municipal development processes.
