City of Schwedt/Oder: eloprop completed feasibility study for reuse of the former Ehm Welk School

Based on a demand survey with various local stakeholders, eloprop GmbH is preparing a feasibility study on the conversion and renovation of the former Ehm Welk School and use as a future district center.

In particular, associations and charitable institutions were interviewed, with which the spatial requirements, target groups, ideas about the company, possible conflicts of use and much more were then coordinated in individual meetings and a workshop.
