City of Senftenberg: PROJECT M and eloprop analyse new uses as a basis for the renovation of the Niederlausitzhalle

As specialists for “third places”, we were brought in by tourism professionals “Project M” in Hamburg as a partner to develop a usage concept for the renovation and conversion of the Niederlausitzhalle.

On behalf of the City of Senftenberg (Brandenburg), we clarify key requirements for infrastructure equipment, interior design or redesign of the hall, professional hall management and hall management with an economic analysis for future operation. The multi-purpose hall is huge and has one of the largest free-bearing roof structures in Europe.
