Project Management Living Center Neutraubling: eloprop acquires project office for urban development in the Stadtmitte redevelopment area
Development of new project ideas, vacancy management, advice to building owners on renovation measures, dialogue with local stakeholders
Seit Juni 2022 ist die eloprop GmbH mit dem "Projektmanagement Lebendiges Zentrum" der Stadt Neutraubling betraut und dadurch dauerhafter Ansprechpartner für Themen der Stadtentwicklung sowie Sanierung/Modernisierung von Gebäuden im Sanierungsgebiet Stadtmitte.
Das Projektbüro für Stadtentwicklung ist hierfür die offizielle Anlaufstelle im so genannten "Schlangenbau" in der Sudetenstraße 3a in Neutraubling und zu nachfolgenden Zeiten besetzt.

The Project Office for Urban Development organises regular events such as the evening flea market on the market square or the Christmas tree mile along the snake house in Sudetenstraße. In 2023, the premiere of the after-work market took place in cooperation with a regional organizer (Daniel Frost, Regensburg), which was successfully staged in the evenings as a pure organic market with cultural supporting program and gastronomic offerings.
In addition, the Project Office for Urban Development supported the city of Neutraubling in the procurement of mobile seating furniture for public spaces, organized an information event on the use of reusable packaging in local restaurants and sought sponsors to manage raised beds as an interactive learning project for schoolchildren, which also serves to revive and beautify the city center. Further projects are already being planned...
In order to activate different target groups on topics of urban development and to address building owners regarding options for municipal funding and tax depreciation options, we have also redesigned the appearance of the project office and created advertising materials for various participation formats.
