Citizens discussed options for use and design at Bürgerwerkstatt
After interrogating ideas about the future of the former Gasthof zum Löwen and the village community center for Birkenmoos, ELOPROP managing director Thomas Kästle held a user workshop based on the survey results. Based on this, eloprop and Fabi architects developed various usage scenarios for a new building in the same location after the structural investigation of the existing building has shown that renovation makes no sense.
Thomas Kästle (eloprop) and Stephan Fabi (fabi architects) presented the results of the feasibility study with suggestions on uses, spatial and architectural design options to the citizens in the large hall of the Birkenmoos village community center. The numerous visitors were then able to evaluate the suggestions on display walls and also outline further suggestions of their own.
