On 08.10.20, Eloprop CEO Thomas Kästle presented an orientation concept with various scenarios for the possible reuse of the Allgäuhalle Kempten.

This was preceded by a comprehensive usage analysis, in which various local actors as potential users of the listed building were interviewed about their ideas and specific spatial requirements. These were then bundled and deepened in a future workshop (photo), which was discussed in the object itself.

On the basis of the suspended plans, the participants were also able to visualize their ideas about future uses of space using the “design thinking method.”
